We offer a complete line of ceramic materials, equipment, and
supplies;
including clays, glazes, kilns, potter's wheels, tools,
slips, underglazes, frits, stains, chemicals, refractories, books, and gift certificates.
Returns: All returns must be pre-approved by Aardvark Clay & Supplies. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. We do not accept returns on any liquid products including low-fire glazes.
The original invoice is required.
Customer Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for shipping (both ways) on any shipment returned for any reason unless Aardvark Clay is responsible for a miss-shipment. All “collect” shipments will be refused.
