Plaster Bats that Fit Easily and Securely on Any Wheel Type!

The Lester PlasterBat System is so easy to use, that anyone can make PlasterBats and install the Adjustable Bat Pins. The system works on any wheel with bat pin holes. Simply make the PlasterBats with the PlasterBat Mold and install the Adjustable Bat Pins. The PlasterBat System comes with easy-to-follow instructions and is designed to use USG No. 1 Pottery Plaster. Two holes in the bottom of the PlasterBat mate with the Adjustable Bat Pins and are lined with wear-resistant plastic sleeves. These Sleeves absorb the force of the O-ring and minimize wear to the holes. The Adjustable Bat Pin compensates for mismatch between the wheel’s pin holes and the PlasterBat’s pin holes. The Adjustable Bat Pin permits the bat holes in the PlasterBat to be precisely aligned with the Adjustable Bat Pins mounted onto the wheel. An O-ring is located in a groove around the Adjustable Bat Pin to create a consistent snug and secure fit.

The Lester PlasterBat Mold makes a bat that is 7/8” thick with a 12 ½” working surface.

The Lester Adjustable Bat Pin is 3/4” in diameter with an offset 1/4 x 20 thread shaft.

The PlasterBat Mold is made with tough ABS plastic for durability and long life.
